Hi, I'm Lora. I'm glad you stopped in at my DCH Montclair Acura profile here! We've embarked on this
program of building these websites for the people at our dealership because we know it is a really good idea to let customers in the area know who we are.
DCH is an excellent company to work for and the Acura vehicles and model line up is superb... Now, with sites like this you can get to know the people, like me, who will work with you and help you before, during and after your purchase or lease so that you get the most out of your Acura.
I really like the work here and the people I work with. It's hard for customers to understand how important it is for us to do the very best job we can. In every aspect of the work we want customers to be happy and tell their friends and family how good their experience was when the visited DCH Acura.
I've worked at one of our other DCH stores also and the family of employees we had there were just as good to customers and each other, as we are here at the Acura store. That is because the goodness at DCH starts at the top and trickles down throughout the whole company.
